Here's some big news from Storyville.  We just signed a deal that will keep our New Orleans shop in its current location (3029 Magazine Street) through 2015.

We've been quiet on the blog lately, but there's a lot going on in the background right now.  For instance, we're likely going to relocate the Austin shop during the first half of 2010.

We're also in the process of re-building this blog, StoryvilleTimes.com, and it's going to be easier to navigate and will feature contributions from a host of bloggers.  The re-designed blog should be ready by year's end.  The blog is being re-made by Joe McFerrin of InteriorWebDesign, the same dude that designed current Storyville e-commerce website, WearYourStory.com.

During the first half of 2010, we're going to vastly expand our screen printing operations in New Orleans, Austin and Baton Rouge.

Finally, we're planning to open a fourth shop during the second half of 2010 or first half of 2011.  In January 2010, we're going to take a big road trip through the southeast United States, searching for the new shop location.  The scouting trip will begin in Baton Rouge, and bring us through Jackson, Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Athens, Asheville, Charlotte, Chapel Hill, Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Mobile, Gulfport and will finally end in New Orleans.  One of these cities will almost certainly get the next Storyville.

Like I said, lots of things are happening right now behind the scenes.  2009 has been an incredible year for Storyville, and 2010 is bound to be even better for the little shop that could.  Stay tuned for more details.
