Has anyone else noticed this trend lately? Beginning some time before Christmas and continuing into the new year, new segments of the population are joining Facebook en masse.
It seems like everybody and his mother is joining Facebook. Literally.
My father Allen, my stepmother Mercedes, my aunt Trishie, my uncles Timmy, Terry and Willie (aka Father Todd to the Thibodaux and Houma crowd). It's only a matter of time before my ninety two-year-old grandmother Charlotte (aka Miss America) and eighty nine year-old grandmother Joan (aka The Good Witch) are also rocking The 'Book. I can't wait to see what my grandmothers write in their status updates. Probably something about their granchildren always making fun of them on Facebook.
