I'm sitting here in Hammond with my ten year-old brother Juan as we prepare to leave to go see family in New Orleans.  I didn't have anything in particular to write today, so I decided to let Juan write today's blog entry.

Juan's opening line was what is written above.  Juan and I have an on-going debate over who is the smaller person.

Juan: "When are you going to grow up and get a job?"

Josh: "I already have a job.  I work in Storyville.  When are you going to grow up and get a job?  And why are you so tiny?"

Juan: "You need to grow up because you're so tiny."

Josh: "You live in a Lincoln Log house."

Juan: "Yes, I know.  And you go swimming in a glass of water."

"Your bed is a match box."

"Your cover is a leaf."

"A camera is your IMAX theater."

This can go on for hours.  The gist of it the conversation is for each of us to accuse the other of being small, which ultimately makes the accuser feel bigger.  Not very mature, but kind of fun.
