Storyville Baton Rouge gets a new look, Website Updates

Storyville Baton Rouge's New Look - September 12, 2008.jpgHurricane Gustav knocked down all the trees in front of Storyville Baton Rouge, so the shop has a whole new look.  Here's a photo that Gabriel took with his camera phone.  The newly expanded patio might came in handy for game days.  Anybody want to grill some burgers?

Now to Cyberspace.  If you've visited the website since the Wednesday launch, you may have noticed that we've continued to work on it.  We've even had to take it offline a couple times to make major changes.  We're almost done with the system updates (the most noticeable changes).  Look for PayPal and Google Checkout to be listed as payment options (in addition to the standard American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards) by mid next week.

Over the next few weeks, we're going to be adding dozens of new products and even some new categories.  We're also going to be adding new informational pages so that you can learn more about each of the shops (including the art in each of the shops) as well as website specific stuff, like domestic and international shipping options and return policies.

We're happy that the new website is up and running, but you're only beginning to see what we can do with this awesome new toy.  Joe McFerrin did a great job building the website that will allow Storyville to become the Threadless of locally designed apparel.
