Last night, Storyville hit up two fashion shows, one in Baton Rouge and one in Austin.
Rebekah and I attended LSU En Vogue, which was presented by Hemline at LSU and directed by Rachel Nault. The second annual Hemline show was held in the Cotillion Ballroom (in the LSU Student Union) and featured dancing Tiger Girls, gorgeous models, wild designs, and the sounds of the hardest working deejay in Baton Rouge -- DJ Otto.
My favorite part of the show was the inclusion of a very pregnant model, whose beauty was only enhanced by the perfectly formed ball that adorned her abdomen.
Meanwhile back in Austin, Elizabeth and Gabriel attended the EcoFashion Show, which was held in the Blanton lobby. Thanks to the UT Texas Advertising Group, Gabriel even got to serve as a guest judge.
Environmentally conscious fashion... a good idea and perhaps a sign of things to come. Wild World, anyone?
